Because of this interest and sense of responsibility, I have focused on IP licensing, cross-border transaction structures, and cross-border compliance systems, understanding opportunities and risks from different legal jurisdictions.

In practice, I have accompanied many enterprises at different stages and scales—from multinational corporations to growing SMEs. Whether the enterprise needs system establishment, operational sorting, governance structure adjustment, or support for major decisions such as investment, M&A, fundraising, and listing, I provide legal services in a way that is truly implementable and empowering.

As our cooperation deepened, many business owners began to entrust me with their personal and family planning as well.
